  • What is average float time of your balloons?
    Our clear orbz last 7-14 days, foils 1 month+ and latex 1-2 days. Hi-float is added to your order in all latex balloons. This will increase their life to 4 days+ Our balloons are designed for display and not to be used as toys. The balloons should be stored at room temperature and kept away from excess heat/cold. You can leave orbz in the delivery box until the event, however we will always advise checking the products when they are delivered.
  • Can I personalise my order? How can I do this if so?
    Yes - you may add a personalised message to any clear orb, foil orb or foil shape through the options on our website product page. The Balloonable LDN team will ensure that your text is placed well and fits the size and shape of your chosen balloon. One personalised message is included in the listed price. Please ensure all spelling is correct when ordering, as refunds or compensation are not available for any personalisation which differs from that sent by the customer.   • My item was faulty on arrival. What do I do?
    Due to the nature of our products, sometimes they could get damaged in transit. Each balloon is inflated 8 hours prior to delivery to ensure any defects show up prior to packaging. As our products are perishable we are unable to issue refunds please see Privacy Policy for further details.
  • I need to cancel my order. What do I do?
    Balloonable LDN understand that sometimes events need to be cancelled or postponed. If you would like to cancel an order we require 72 hours notice. Any orders cancelled after this will result in payment becoming non-refundable. If you would like to postpone your order to a later date, please email us, DM us on Instagram or complete a contat form within 72 hours of the order date and we will be happy to accommodate (subject to date availability) at no additional charge.
